How to send the application to the client
The application sends an SMS message to the specified mobile. The recipient only needs to open the link.
If you enter the email, the system will send only one email to the recipient.

There are numbers in other countries to which SMS will not be sent, please contact us if you need to send to numbers in a specific country frequently.

Press the green Peritcam share button and then choose one of the options. We recommend Whatsapp Web If you use Windows or Mac, it is a convenient and useful way.
- Web Whatsapp: If you use Windows either Mac, use this option. It will open in the browser.
- Whatsapp App: if you have installed the WhatsApp application on your computer or the device you use for the investigation.
- Telegram: You will have to paste the link once it opens WebTelegram wave Telegram App.
How to take photos and save them
Peritcam allows you to take photos with two buttons. When you take a photo it will go to your browser's download folder.
Orange button: take normal photos.
Blue button: takes **photos protected with a security QR.
You can also take a photo of the location represented on a map.
** Protected photos: the shooting, location and expert data are saved in our database for each photo along with marks on the photo so that in the future we can certify if they have been manipulated, if necessary. You will only be able to access this QR data with the access data of the expert's application.
The permissions that the client must accept
The client will need to accept the policies upon login, you will see a notice if they do so.
The next step is to also accept permission for the camera, microphone and geolocation.
Some phones have browsers manipulated by manufacturers that prevent the necessary access. In these cases, we recommend asking the user to install another browser on their phone, for example Chrome or Opera.

If it is a very old or problematic mobile phone and there is a possibility, try directly using another smartphone or mobile phone.
Where are the photos stored?
Photos are saved in the "Downloads" folder that your browser has by default, usually the My Downloads folder, Downloads or Downloads on Windows, Mac, Android, etc.

If you are recording video and you change the selfie camera or connection quality, or one of the parties ends the conversation, the video will automatically end. You will need to start recording again if you want to continue recording.

The video appraisal is a separate process from photography. The video signal is for both parties to see the same thing, but the photograph of the remote expertise It is always done at the same quality, even if there is a poor connection due to lack of coverage. Even if for some reason the video connection is cut off but the main communication remains active, photos can still be taken.
When a connection is consumed
Connections end 1 hour after they have started. Connections will only be counted if there has been a video connection with the client or if you have taken photos.

Tips for use
Turn off your client's WIFI
To make a remote quality appraisal You must ask the user you are going to inspect to turn off the WIFI on their mobile phone.
Because?
If, for example, you contact a garage and the mechanic moves away from the router, there will be a cut and the system will reconnect without WIFI, but if the mobile detects WIFI again, it will be cut and reconnected. It will be inconvenient.
In places with poor 3G, 4G or 5G coverage it may be better to use the WIFI connection.

You can take a photo of the map with a pointer marking the exact location of the remote terminal according to the coordinates.

Improve connection quality
We are talking about the live video connection. It does not affect the quality of the photos, which is always the same.
Auto-connect: The system will let the remote phone choose the resolution and other connection parameters based on its processing power and connection speed.
Weak connections: If the connection is slow, this will lower the quality of the live video but will make it smoother.
Balanced connection: This is the default setting. In most cases, you get acceptable quality and fluidity.
Quality connections: If the connection is good, try to watch everything in higher quality with this option.
Which browser to use
We recommend using updated and modern browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, Opera, etc.
For customers we recommend that you install Chrome or Opera if you have problems connecting.
Use the front camera (selfie)
You can switch cameras when the button is available.
Sometimes it can be a solution if you have a damaged main camera.
Zoom and flash
If the remote device or mobile has the ability to use zoom and flashlight during the video appraisal, you will see the buttons on your panel.
You can press the zoom several times for different zoom levels.
The flash behaves like a steady light, although on some devices it works unpredictably.
Can't they hear you? Use the chat
The user may have turned down the volume of this type of communication, they may be covering the microphone with their fingers and you may not be able to hear them well...
